Team Management

Invite teammates, assign roles, and manage who belongs to your MegaBrain organization.

Team management lives in your organization dashboard. From there, owners and billing managers can add people, set their roles, and remove members when they leave.

Inviting members

Send an invite by email from the members section. The recipient gets an invitation and joins the organization once they accept. Invites that haven't been accepted yet show as pending.

Roles

  • Owner — full control over the organization, including billing, members, and configuration.
  • Member — uses MegaBrain across the org with access to shared modes and settings.
  • Billing manager — manages the subscription, invoices, and credits without needing a seat.

Removing members

Remove a member from the members list to revoke their access and free up their seat. Removing someone takes effect immediately.

How seats are counted

Seats are consumed by active members and pending invites. Billing managers do not consume a seat, so you can give finance or operations staff billing access without paying for an extra seat. Keep an eye on seat usage on the dashboard so your subscription matches your team size.
