Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds and cancellations work for paid features of the services provided by getmegabrain.com ("MegaBrain"), located at Dubai, DIFC.
1. Prepaid usage credits
AI inference is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis using prepaid credits. Because credits are consumed in real time to route requests to third-party model providers, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once added to your balance. Unused credits remain available in your account subject to these terms.
2. Subscriptions
Subscription plans (such as a monthly credit Pass) renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees already charged for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the stated rate.
4. Exceptions and discretionary refunds
If you were charged in error, experienced a verifiable billing or service issue, or are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer-protection law, we will review your request in good faith and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact team@getmegabrain.com within 14 days of the charge. Please include your account email and the transaction details so we can investigate.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
