EU Data Residency Options

EU-first AI coding without giving up model choice

Route AI coding through EU-friendly providers and policies while keeping model freedom, BYOK setup, and the enterprise controls your team needs.

What MegaBrain supports today

EU regional endpoints (BYOK)

Bring your own keys and route to EU regional endpoints from your providers, where they offer them.

Provider allowlists (Enterprise)

Enforce EU-only routes org-wide with provider and model allowlists, including filters for providers that train on or retain data and by provider region.

EU-friendly providers

Approve EU-friendly providers and frontier-lab EU endpoints (provider-dependent) so approved routes are visible and enforceable.

MegaBrain is a coding agent, not a model provider

Because MegaBrain does not host or serve models, your data stays governed by the provider agreements you choose. That makes a practical, EU-friendly provider policy a matter of routing and allowlists — not a forced migration. Inference requests go directly to the provider you configure, and MegaBrain never trains on or retains your code or prompts.

EU AI coding FAQ

Does MegaBrain host or serve AI models itself?
No. MegaBrain is a coding agent and gateway. Inference requests are routed directly to the provider you configure; MegaBrain does not operate AI compute or serve models.
Does MegaBrain train on or retain code and prompts?
No. Your code and prompts are not used to train models and are not retained by MegaBrain on paid plans. Inference data handling is governed by the provider you route to.
Can we keep source code and prompts inside the EU?
Route through EU regional endpoints (via BYOK) and EU-friendly providers, and enforce those routes with Enterprise allowlists. Data handling for inference is then governed by the selected provider’s EU agreement.
Can we use frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS in the EU?
Where those providers offer EU regional availability, yes — via BYOK or approved routes under your org policy.
Is this only for Enterprise?
BYOK EU routing is available broadly; centralized, enforceable EU-only allowlists are an Enterprise capability.
