About Plans
How MegaBrain's Free, Teams, and Enterprise plans differ, and what you get at each tier.
MegaBrain offers three organization plans. Free is for individuals getting started. Teams is built for groups that want centralized billing, shared configuration, and visibility into how AI is used. Enterprise layers governance and security controls on top of Teams.
Free
The Free plan lets a single person use MegaBrain across VS Code, JetBrains, the CLI, Cloud Agent, and Code Reviews. There is no centralized administration, billing, or org-wide reporting.
Teams
Teams is $15 per user per month billed annually, or $18 billed monthly (roughly a 17% annual discount). Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. On top of Free, Teams adds:
- •Centralized billing — one balance and one invoice for the whole organization.
- •Team management dashboard for inviting and managing members.
- •Project-level usage analytics and reporting, plus an AI Adoption Score.
- •Shared modes defined once and used across the org.
- •Role-based access control (RBAC) and data-collection policy control.
- •Priority support.
Enterprise
Enterprise is $60 per user per month billed annually, or $72 billed monthly. It includes everything in Teams and adds model and provider limits, audit logs, SSO/OIDC/SCIM, an SLA, and dedicated support.
Seat fee vs. AI usage
The per-seat subscription covers access to MegaBrain's platform and features. AI usage is billed separately — through the MegaBrain Gateway (zero markup), MB Pass credits, BYOK, or local models. Credits are not included with seat subscriptions.
