Getting Started with Teams

Getting your team onto MegaBrain takes four steps: create an organization, start your trial, invite teammates, and have everyone install the surfaces they work in.

Steps

• •Create an organization at /organizations/new. Give it a name — this becomes the home for billing, members, and shared configuration.
• •Start the 14-day free trial. New organizations default to the Enterprise tier so you can evaluate every feature; you can choose Teams or Enterprise when the trial converts.
• •Invite teammates by email from the team management dashboard. They accept the invite to join, and each member consumes one seat.
• •Install the editor surfaces your team uses — the MegaBrain extensions for VS Code and JetBrains, the CLI, and Cloud Agent and Code Reviews where you need them.

After setup

Once members have joined, head to the organization dashboard to manage balance and credits, then define shared custom modes so everyone starts from the same setup.

Remember that AI usage is billed separately from the seat fee. Top up the org through the MegaBrain Gateway, MB Pass credits, BYOK, or local models — credits are not included with seat subscriptions.
