MegaBrain centralizes billing for your whole organization. Owners and billing managers handle the subscription, seats, and payments from /organizations/[id]/subscriptions — no more chasing individual receipts.
Choosing a plan
- •Pick a tier — Teams ($15/user/mo annual, $18 monthly) or Enterprise ($60/user/mo annual, $72 monthly).
- •Choose a billing cycle — annual saves roughly 17% over monthly.
- •Set the number of seats to match your active members and pending invites.
Checkout
Checkout runs through Stripe. After you confirm your plan, cycle, and seat count, Stripe handles the payment securely and activates your subscription.
AI credits are separate
Seat subscriptions do not include AI credits. Pair your plan with MB Pass, pay-as-you-go credits through the MegaBrain Gateway (zero markup), or BYOK to cover AI usage. Top up your balance from the dashboard whenever you need more.
Invoices & payments
Your invoices and payment history are available alongside the subscription. Billing managers can update payment methods and download invoices without consuming a seat. See About Plans for a full tier comparison.
