Connect Slack
Create a Slack app, install it to your workspace, and connect it to BrainClaw.
Before you start
- A running BrainClaw instance (provision one from BrainClaw).
- A Slack workspace where you can install apps.

Create a Slack app
Go to api.slack.com/apps and click Create New App → From scratch. Pick a name and your workspace.

Add bot token scopes
Under OAuth & Permissions → Bot Token Scopes, add the scopes your bot needs (for example chat:write, app_mentions:read, im:history, im:write).

Install to your workspace
Click Install to Workspace and authorize. Slack gives you a Bot User OAuth Token that starts with xoxb-. Copy it.

Paste the token into BrainClaw
In MegaBrain, open BrainClaw → Settings → Channels → Slack, paste the xoxb- token into Bot Token, and click Save.

Redeploy and chat
In Settings → Instance Controls, click Redeploy. Once Running, invite the bot to a channel or DM it and start chatting.
