Connect Google Calendar
Calendar access unlocks the most-requested workflows: morning briefs, meeting prep, conflict detection, and travel-time reminders.
1
Open the dashboard integrations
In the BrainClaw dashboard, find Google Calendar under integrations and start the OAuth flow.
2
Authorize with OAuth
Approve the consent screen, pick your Google account, and authorize. BrainClaw uses Google’s official OAuth 2.0 flow; tokens live in the AES-256 encrypted vault.
3
Confirm access
Ask the agent what’s on your calendar today to confirm it can read events. It can also create events and check conflicts if you granted write access.
4
Schedule a calendar brief
Add the Calendar brief workflow so the agent summarizes your day, attaches relevant context, and flags prep before each meeting.
Good to know
- •Tokens refresh automatically — no manual re-auth overnight.
- •Calendar is the foundation for meeting prep and travel-time reminders.
