Use your inbound email address

Inbound Email is the zero-setup way to talk to your agent by email. Forward messages to the address and the agent treats them as input — for triage, research, or kicking off a task.

Find your instance address

Open your instance settings in the dashboard. The Inbound Email field shows a unique address for your agent. Copy it.

Set up forwarding (optional)

To let the agent see your inbox, set your main provider to forward mail to the instance address. This needs no IMAP credentials or API setup — forwarding is enough.

Email your agent

Send or forward a message to the address. The agent ingests it and can summarize, extract tasks, or act on it depending on your workflow.

Rotate if needed

If the address ever leaks or gets spammed, use Cycle in settings to rotate to a fresh address.

  • Works with any email provider — Gmail, Fastmail, Outlook, anything.
  • Combine with the Inbox triage workflow for hands-off processing.
